1. How long does shipping take?

If your order comes through before 1pm, we'll get it shipped the same day - if you're in Auckland it's possible to arrive the same day you order - if not, it'll arrive the next day.

2. Returns & exchanges

We go out of our way to ensure each package we sent to clients around the country is packed & protected properly.

If your products arrived damaged, let our team know and send it back - we'll refund your purchase without question.

If you haven't used the products, but want to exchange them - send the products back and we'll credit your account to spend on our store.

3. Do you test products on animals?

We don't test any of our products on animals at all, we don' t believe in it and we'll never do it.

4. Do you offer refunds?

We take pride in our quality testing to ensure every product is worthy - however it there's ever a time it just doesn't cut it, visit our contact page, speak to our team and we'll do everything we can to fix the situation of give a full refund.
